Holly-Hunter

Holly Hunter is a well-known American actor as well as producer and director. Her work has been recognized for her roles in films like Broadcast News The Firm The Piano The Incredibles and The Incredibles. Holly Hunter has won numerous awards and awards, among them an Oscar for her movie Piano. At a young age her acclaimed actress started playing on stage for several Broadway or Off Broadway productions. Acting has always been her love of life. When she was in fifth grade, she was cast as Helen Keller in an original show. Mumps led her to lose hearing in one her ear canals, but that didn't stop the actress from fulfilling her dream. The college she attended was drama, and then moved to Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania to New York City to follow her dreams. After a casual encounter, she was trapped in an elevator along with the playwright Beth Henley and the two joined forces to create the play 'The Broadway Crimes of the Heart that became Hunter's debut. When she moved to Los Angeles, Hunter tried to find films to play. A supporting role was found for her in Swing Shift. Over the past three decades Holly Hunter has been on many TV and film shows. Holly Hunter was awarded a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star and also the Women in Film Lucy Award.
